Key Responsibilities

Strategic Assessment
Conduct comprehensive on-site evaluations of client businesses, identifying critical growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.

Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop targeted sales strategies, customer acquisition plans, and performance tracking systems to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Operational Excellence
Implement process improvements, workflow optimization, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Financial Leadership
Provide expert guidance on managerial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic cost analysis.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
  • Former business owner, C-level executive, or senior leader in SMB environments
  • 7+ years in business management across sales, operations, and finance
  • Proven track record implementing successful business strategies
  • Expert knowledge of managerial accounting principles
  • Advanced business analysis and data interpretation skills
  • Strong sales strategy and operational management capabilities

Education & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer acquisition tactics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience consulting for service-based or construction sectors
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or ERP systems
