Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Assessment
Partner with the Senior Strategist during Discovery and Analysis phases to conduct stakeholder interviews, collect data, and identify high-ROI opportunities
Implementation
Lead the crucial Actions phase on-site, deploying process optimizations and sales initiatives while providing hands-on support to ensure seamless adoption
Performance Tracking
Monitor KPIs and milestones during the Measurements phase, delivering real-time updates to achieve targeted improvements like 20% efficiency gains
You'll also coordinate client teams, prioritize quick wins for same-month results, and contribute to post-project audits that ensure lasting success. Most importantly, you'll maintain strong client relationships that align with SHMG's performance guarantee.
Ideal Qualifications
